In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Coleman Keith Marlow Jr of Grand Junction on a charge of domestic abuse assault-first offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail; all but two days were suspended. The minimum fine and surcharge were not imposed, but Marlow must pay a $46.80 sheriff’s fee and $60 court costs. He must participate in a domestic abuse intervention services program.
Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Nov. 27 as follows: Michelle Kathrine Sander of Glidden, speed, $145; Elaine Eleanor Schermerhorn of Scranton, speed, $120; *Coleen Kay Sillyman of Grand Junction, failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way, $100; and Vicki Rose Hansen of Gowrie, operation without registration card or plate, $50, and failure to maintain control, $100.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): *Matthew Joe Hofbauer of Coon Rapids, no commercial driver’s license, $200; and Kendra Jolene Seiberling of Ames, speed, $90.
The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.
